February 9 ~

Above all hold unfailing your love for one another ... he who abides in love abides in God, and God abides in him ... for God is love ... if we love one another, God abides in us and his love is perfected in us ... He who does not love does not know God ... He who commits sin is of the devil. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil ... God sent his only Son into the world, so that we might live through him ... No one who abides in him sins ... "Abide in Me, and I in you" ... "I and the Father are one"...

Subliminal Unlove -- lo! now I know
thou stem not from within: thou art the foe!
-- e'en faint, amorphous coldnesses of heart,
the tiniest annoyance: these thou art!
Invested thou art in the weavings of
the tapestry of Self, thou foe of Love!
And I? By grace I can be freed from thee:
be lifted from thy dull cacophony,
thine undercurrents separating me
from Love's compassion: freed immediat'ly
by looking unto Jesus, my True Me:
for now I have a new Identity,
another Spirit - Love! - to be my Life
put on by faith each moment. Come, Love's Light!

Be perfect as your Father in heaven is perfect ... To Him who is able to keep you from falling and have you stand without a fault and with great joy before His glory, to the only God, who saves us through Jesus Christ our Lord -- to Him be glory, majesty, power, and authority ... now and forever ... Christ, your Life ... by grace are ye saved through faith ... Amen! Come, Lord Jesus!
