February 10 ~

Commit thy way unto the LORD ... I have set the LORD always before me: because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved ... seek his presence continually ... Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee ...

O Lord, I give myself to Thee this day.
Enable me my mind on Thee to stay --
to hold Thee up each moment 'fore my eyes
Thy Presence thus to constant realize.
Keep me from heeding e'en the least attempt
by Satan to divert me -- each thought sent
to interrupt, disrupt our harmony
to turn my focus from Thee unto ... me!
Let not me settle for less than Thy peace
and from all fretting instant seek release.
Watch o'er my loved ones and, dear Lord, make me
an instrument of blessing. Let me see
with eyes of patient Love - Thine eyes! - each thing
Thou see fit in the day ahead to bring …
