February 21 ~

Come unto me, all ye that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest ... "Abide in Me, and I in you" ... To really take each moment as from Thee
– take ev'rything that comes as meant to be
a Love Gift from my God, Who would draw me
through it e'er deeper into union blest
with His Own Self in Christ, to therein rest,
bathed in His Love, Joy, Peace — at His behest?
Yes! All of the creation I dwell in
– its good and ill, its righteousness and sin –
He harnesses to turn my heart t'ward Him!
– to train my spirit (inward self or man)
to stay my mind on Jesus, see His hand
in all of life! – with joy to understand,
accept, cooperate, learn to let go
and trust Him, live in Him! He loves me so ...

For God so greatly loved and dearly prized the world that He [even] gave up His only-begotten (unique) Son, so that whoever believes in (trusts, clings to, relies on) Him shall not perish – come to destruction, be lost – but have eternal (everlasting) life ...
