The Schoolhouse
If I'm on Earth to grow in knowledge of
my Lord, this world's a schoolhouse to learn Love
for God is Love! To know Him is to know
and show forth Love! By definition no
unloving thought can Holy be, or True
if God is Love; for He's the God of Truth
and Holiness! I'm in this world to learn
Agape, Selfless, Godly Love! --
to turn
away from lovelessness, from godlessness
and put on Love till He doth fill my breast!
My soul, thou art in school! To graduate
must be thy highest goal! So ... emulate
thy Lord and walk as He walked in this life!
Wouldst show forth Godly Love? Abide in Christ!
