And why beholdest thou the mote that is in thy brother's eye, but considerest not the beam that is in thine own eye? ... Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again ...

Twice Conformed

'Tis not permitted to judgmental be?
If I were not that way, I'd not be me!

What of compassion and humility?
Should Jesus - not Self! - show forth, child, through thee?

But shouldn't I to mine own Self be true?

That's not at all what thou've been told to do!
Self thou art to deny, reject, eschew,
pick up thy cross and follow Christ unto
the transformation place on Calvary
and there be twice conformed, that all might see
the Lord in thee, which is thy victory:
conformed unto His death: Self crucified;
conformed unto His image: Christ inside
and showing forth as thou in Him abide!
